Can another company put my name into bankruptcy list?
Hi, company x wants to put my company name which doesn't exist its a website into bankruptcy. i don't know much about this. im a freelance web designer. these guys don't have my address and they have a wrong spelling of my name. should i be worried because they can investigate for my details and bankrupt my company which doesn't exist for a publication that i never received as they made up an address. its been months and all they sent me was an attachment through email with a soft copy of the product. but that's not good enough and i haven't been treated fairly, therefore i don't want the product. they were supposed to send me a hard copy
