Can I learn how to corrupt the bankruptcy process at the Tepper Business School at Carnegie Mellon?

Has anybody ever cancelled the bankruptcy process?
I recently filed chapter 7, and today I received some money, an inheritance from my mother, bankruptcy hasnt gone thru yetdo I just call my lawyer and cancell the process, can I tell him that I want to work it out with the creditors myself? Im not surewhat to do, I have already paid the lawyer800 dls. and Im sure i wont get anythingback from him but id rather loose that moneythan wait 10 years, has anybody done this?
We have started the bankruptcy process but no longer wish to continue?
I would llike to hear from anyone out there who has gone through the bankruptcy process. Please no judgement.
Most of this has resulted from a divorce a few years ago. I was a stay a home mom who raised three children, a decision that was made by both of us. When my husband left, I went to work right away. My kids are now grown, but with no college or computer experience, I was limited to what I could do. I have already checked into debt relieft, but the payment was way beyond my means. I work three jobs and am exhausted and stressed. I feel this my only way to start new. Of course, to file bankruptcy, you need money, so getting that together is hard. What was your experience with the process.
What is the hardest part of the bankruptcy process?
Is it getting all your information, or the 341 meeting or the emotional stress it causes?
If someone has already started the bankruptcy process, can they reposess you cars?
We plan on turning them in after the process, but still need them now. Can they take them or are they protected because you have started the process?
Do you have access to your bank account during the bankruptcy process?
I am going to file bankruptcy soon and I was wondering that since I have direct deposit will the Trustee keep taking money from my account to pay my creditors until the bankruptcy is complete? I still pay my gf money for paying for my car repairs, and I pay her 350 a month, do we need something written up so the Trustee will leave that in my account? Is it ok to save up for a vehicle once the bankruptcy is complete or can I have her save a little bit of the money for me. Also we live together and she just bought a home where I will have to help with that is it ok to take care of that also? I just dont know how this will work out and I want to make sure I can still live and pay on my everyday life expenses.Also she suggested stopping my direct deposit and make sure I have money for bills before depositing the money in my account is that going to be ok?

I had to pay the trustee for the value, on the date of filing, of my business's Account Receivable. Will that money paid be a tax deduction for my business in 2011 ?

Unfortunately I just recently file for bankruptcy,doe's anyone know how long will it take till I find out if the creditors object to my bankruptcy?my trustee is not helping at all . I know the fact that the bankruptcy discharge will take 9 months , but where and when in this process I will find out If one of my creditors objected to my bankruptcy?thank you
Need Lending on a car DURING a bankruptcy process?
I have a friend that has gotten into financial trouble. She has had to file bankruptcy and in the middle of the process, she has a need to buy a car. She has her case number but has been told not to expect the bankrupcty to be final for 3 to 6 months. She has found that JD Byrider will finance her for a car NOW but they are charging her almost double what you could buy a car for with cash and their financing is so horendous, it will simply put her in long term financial hardship.Does anyone have any suggestions how she could get a loan even for a small amount vs. using JD Byrider?
Filing bankruptcy & process/procedures...?
my husband needs to file bankruptcy due to a foreclosure house fire & insur co's did nothing . I am trying to find out if this is going to affect me. I finally got my credit on a good path. I am worried about how this is going to play out. I am not listed on the house nor am I listed on the other items that he is rolling into the bankruptcy. Also, do they really take our things? We don't have anything up and above a furnished home in excess. Can anyone shed some light on this? We are in Florida. Thanks
