a credit card scam from a phone order purchase that resulted in my employer debiting my commissions. I was responsible for processing the purchase but do not feel responsible for the entire amount of the purchase which includes the cost of goods and the loss of the profit. My employer agreed to ship the item but when the charge back occurred, to with hold my commissions until the debit is paid back by me.

I went on a porn website, and I used a Visa gift card. I had over $20 on it, and spent about $18. Now, I apparently owe $13 to the company. The Visa giftcard was in my actual name, but I made the account with a different last name. So they think I stole the credit card and I cannot add a different card so I can make the payment. I'm 17, I told my mom which was hard enough and she doesn't know how to fix it either. What do I do? What will happen to me?

Online credit card fraud under $50?
My grandparents got an unknown charge on their credit card for $43 dollars. They called the company who said it was some cigars that were delivered under my dads name to our house.We used their card With permission of course to make an online purchase a couple months ago to a privet party through Paypal. My facebook and paypal passwords were the same and I got an email from facebook that someone logged on from an unknown area a while ago. I didn't think much of it and just changed my password. It was just today I realized that they were the same. So my question is could those to be related? And also will the police get involved since it wasn't a lot of money? I know that stuff can be traced back to the computer that was used. but there are a lot of bigger computer scams out there to keep the police busy. Ryan M Thats what i was afraid of. ok my mom recently got a call from her bank saying that her credit card was charged for $198 yesterday from some travel company. everything got fixed and they canceled her account and everything. im just wondering how people could do this. because that credit card is always at home, she never carrys it out with her. no one in my family used it, so thats out of the question. also all paperwork is shredded before thrown in garbage. it was also never lost or stolen. so how can someone use her card or know her number.the call was to verify the charges.

She is in California and my parents live here in Atlanta. This girl HAD BEEN my bestie since 3rd grade. She ordered sixteen thousand dollars worth of clothing and shoes to the exact address I used to live with her at in San Francisco. AMEX refunded my parents the money, and all they would say is that they are going to prosecute her to the fullest extent of the law and something about case closed march 23rd. How long in prison do you think she will get???? Anyone know any legal advice?I know she has been in some trouble with the law, but not for fraud. I also have a suspicion she uses methadone but I can't be sure. And I'm asking this purely out of curiosity, I have no good feelings towards her. She is a sociopath who betrayed my family and i.OH yes, she ordered mostly clothing and shoes so she received all packages and has been wearing every single thing in them.

i committed fraud 2 months ago I stopped using the card in January Of this year ... my job approached me about it I came clear about everything I didn't lie. I used it for food clothes and gas I explained why I did it and he said thank u for being honest. but they had to let me go he informed me that a police report would e filed. it was about $750 worth. he told me it woul be up to the police. and etc on what happens whether it's court a warrant or etc. will they send me to jail. I feel really bad but what's done is done and now I have to suffer the consequences
I commited credit card fraud and the police became involed in February of this year.?
I spent 700 900 dollars on a customers credit card at my job. at the time i felt my job would left me off the hook and pay restitution but that was all apart of their plan . they came off nice and then at the end stated they would file a police report since the amount was so large. about 2 3 weeks later. a detective called and left me a VMail. stating she wanted me to come in and give a statement. i gave my attorney her number. she was suppose to call him back with the total anount because regardless of what happens I plan to pay it all back. But she never returns his calls. its May. what do u all think is going on? I dont habe a warrant out for my arrest and she has not tried to get in contact with me. What could be going on? im in no rush, however, i would like to prepare myself.

Ugh some how someone was able to get my private information and now I have collection agencies trying to contact me. I decided to look at my credit report and I have a credit card with capital one and DID NOT EVEN KNOW I have never even own a credit card I'm in a 4,388 hole now and I REFUSE to pay it back because I did not do this. it is her first offense on anything but of coarse they will charge her with forgery theft illegal use of a credit card and anything they can think of . if she used the card say 50 times does that mean she will be charged with 50 counts of whatever? she's going to get a lawyer . but it was more than 1000 but less than 1500 dollars. please help
