Is it possible to get a negative statement removed from your credit report?
I had a repossession two years ago, but I got the vehicle back immediately. I have been on time ever since and there are a couple things that I would like to do in the next 6 months 1 year buy a new home & bigger vehicle for me & me 2 kids . Is there a way that I can explain the situation that caused the repossession and possibly have it removed from my credit report. Also, the company that repossessed my car has transitioned they changed their name & I have a totally different account number & everything .

Charge off on my credit report?
I am applying for a mortgage loan and a charge off account showed in my report the acccount was initially reported in 2006 the statue of limitations is 4 years since the debt was incurred, I am trying to have this removed from my record but I am afraid to contact the agency and having to pay the full amount, my question is how should I approach this?

Do the credit reporting agencies in Canada share info?
Do all 3 credit reporting agencies in Canada report identical information? I'm applying for a mortgage and the credit report pulled by the people I'm working with showed that Capital One is reporting I have 2 accounts open, which I do not, and have settled up with Capital One. That is not my issue. My question is this the information on the report pulled by the mortgage people showed a different account balance and different account number than the report I obtained on my own from a different agency. All the dates are the same. The account isn't show as delinquent or anything, just there.I subscribe to the Transunion service where I can look at my report and score any time I feel like it. I am wondering if they all report or should be reporting identical information, because I don't want to have to go to Equifax and Experian to try to keep track of all this and make sure all 3 have correct information every year.

Can having an authorized account on my credit report effect my limits?
My mom has me on her credit card as an authorized user and she has an insanely high limit. Whenever I apply for credit cards my limits are really lower like $1,200. Could her credit card on my report be stopping me from getting higher limits because it shows me having so much available credit already? PS I work full time I pay all my bill on time, never late and I own my own house

I just purchased my credit report, Im confused on what went into collections?
Okay I've been using CreditKarma to keep track of my credit score and stuff. I''m trying to rebuild my credit YOU MIGHT WANT TO LOOK AT M PREVIOUS QUESTION answers.yahoo.com question index ylt AkbG02xeixb2EBDTVx PXfDsy6IX ylv 3?qid 20120515163546AAFDgkQ anywho so today i finally purchased a credit report to see who to contact about paying. I Know for a fact that I have two Chase charge offs from previous debit cards, small amounts and I knew that I had a medical bill. Well, On my Credit report its is showing THREE medical accounts that are in collections.$175$246$140 I dont have a problem paying the medical bills, but im a tad bit confused. does this mean my checking accounts with the bank didnt go to collections? What should I do now? If its not on my credit report does that mean it even counts? My issue is, I know that I owe chase, but if these are the only accounts that are affect my score in a negative way at the moment can I just pay these first, & wait or what? Im just starting out with rebuilding my credit so i'm kind of confused as what should be dealt with first. P.S. the other medical account are correct, no need to validate those because they are correct. I just thought i had insurance back then but i guess not. Also I purchased it from TransUnion if that makes a differenceahhh, I should also add that I plan on sending a PFD not just paying it off Stan C. What should I do about the Chase accounts?

Trying to clean up credit report: have lots of questions please help!?
i am trying to purchase a house and we are trying to clear up my boyfriend's credit and this is just a mess, I need help please. on April 18th,2011 I C Systems called my boyfriend and said that we owed pseg 280.00 from 2 years prior and we told them that we didn't owe them any money and if we did why would they wait 2 years to contact us. Anyway they were suppose to send us some documentation proving that we owed them money and they never did. Its a year later and i'm thinking about disputing this on this on his credit report. Can I do this since they never sent us any documentation and they never called us again after that either. The other question is, I had put him as an authorized user on my target card, then i claimed bankruptcy and it got " paid off" so to say. Anyway its still on his credit report saying his owes 374.00 as past due balance. But it says " Charge off" . Shouldn't this be off his credit report? I'm so confused, should we dispute this also? Thank you so much i just need help answering the question that i asked. Obviously i've learned my lesson. thanks.

Why cant i access my credit report?
I was trying to get my free annual credit report, but all 3 bureaus say something to the sort of " unable to process your request at this time." Ive been trying to get the report for 6 months now, and i've even tried paying for it along with a score in case i had gotten the free one and forgotten about it. So today i tried calling the bureaus and i couldnt get ahold of a person just an automated system and still says it cannot be processed. It is driving me nuts, can somebody please tell me why its doing this or if there is another way i can get my report??

Can I have a charge off removed from my credit report?
I applied for a loan and was denied, which I thought was strange since I always had flawless credit. So I ran my Experian credit report and found out I had a $36 charge probably and annual fee on an old credit card that I didn't know I had. It's seven months past due so the credit card company wrote it off and now it's causing a huge problem with my credit history. I don't mind paying what's owed, but is there anyway to get this off of my credit history or am I just stuck with this for the next 7 years?

When banks pull your credit report/score, how many points does the credit score go down by?
I want to apply for a credit card. Ryan M " Not enough to care about. What WILL kill you is making several hard inquiries over a long period of time." Over a " long" period of time? I thought it was short period of time. Also, what is considered a hard inquiry?

Chapter 7 and Foreclosure Credit Reporting?
I recently received a Chapter 7 discharge and the debt for my home was included in the discharge. Mortgage will be foreclosed on and can they report the foreclosure separate on my credit report? It wil be a nonjudicial foreclosure in New Hampshire. My understanding when I filed Chapter 7 was the house debt was included in the Chapter 7 and would be reported that way.

'Serious Delinquency' Credit Report?
I was not approved for a credit card due to 'Serious Delinquency'.I opened a card with Capital One with a credit line of $500, I used it for a month and didn't pay the bill until 4 months later. I was 18, obviously not responsible enough to have a credit card, now 19 about to be 20 in Aug.I paid the amount IN FULL & the CLOSED the account after that.My question is... What can I do? I know it'll be on my credit report for 7 years. Does it matter that I 'Added a statement' saying that 'it did not go to collections' because it didn't get to that point. Can I get approved to any credit card? If so, which cards? How can I build up my credit? What can I do to make this right or attempt to fix it?I have no monthly payments & I do not owe money on anything.
