IQor ebay seller fees debt help?
i had a letter from a debt collection agency want ebay seller fees of 26.00. The letter states that is they do not receive the full payment within 3 days of receipt of the letter further action will be taken. I cannot make the payment now but can within 6days or so but I am now worried what further action will be taken? Help??
Council tax debt help?
Hi, I got a debt letter from walker love the sheriff officers from the year 2010 for my council tax at that time my ex girlfriend was living here and was down on the tennency but now we have been split up for a year now, ive called them and let them knw i will pay half the debt and she can pay the other half now that has bn put on hold as they dont deal with domestics... ? Why is this a domestic i dont know cause we dont talk anymore. Anyway so after sorting it out the send the same letter again photo copied but scored her name out with a pen are they allowed to do this? Is this not breaking the law? I would get the point if it just had my name on this but im thinking of seeing a lawer now.
What do you think about "debt help ireland"? i got into them and i gave my money straightaway! what have i don?

I've struggled with employment this past 12 months and have found myself in quite a difficult financial situation. It's not disasterous though, and i'm lucky to be back in full time employment. However, i have collection agencies and arrears coming at me left, right and centre. I need about 2k to get me back up to date but it will take me months without help. i can't get a loan or a credit card as my score is now too low and i don't want to take up a debt solution like a debt management plan or debt relief order as it will do me more harm than good in the future. My friends and family aren't able to help either.....are there ANY other options???? i'm reaching desperationPLEASE HELP...all advice welcome

So I'm about to be a senior in high school and my parents are really in debt to re point where they are talking about how my sister and I can stay in our current school by renting an apartment close by while they live 30 miles awayI'm freaking out. I want my friends to be able to come over without wondering why i live in a small apartment while my house has a big foreclosure sign in front of it..I know there's nothing you guys can do about this but I just want some words to cheer me up right now. Jokes are appreciated not ones about my current situation of course
Payday loan debt help!!?
Ive been using payday loans for about 6 months now, and its gradually increasing by the month so that i can afford to pay it off, anyone got suggestions? ive tried getting a loan with my bank so that i can pay off the payday loans and have less interest to pay off, but i cant now as my credit score is so bad. is there any other companies that would do the same? please help i really need to have my own money again.its not loads but its about 100 200 a month, but im an apprentice and i only earn about 350 a month and i have to pay rent too im aware i was an idiot for doing it, if i knew payday loans were so bad i wouldnt have used them in the first place

OK So here I go,I have 2 loans, a finance arrangement, a credit card and a few store cards as well as a few outstanding bills, let me break it down LOAN 1 9000. 210 PER MONTHLOAN 2 2500. 95 PER MONTHCREDIT CARD 2600. MIN 70 PER MONTHFINANCE 1750 45 PER MONTHSTORE CARDS 50 PER MONTHOUTSTANDING BILLS WORKS OUT AT 60 PER MONTH TOTAL MONTHLY PAYMENTS OVER 500 PER MONTH.My problem is that my earnings are just short of these monthly payments and although I can keep the debt collectors off my back by paying all the minimum payments I need to clear all these debts and start a fresh. After 5 years my loans and finance will be finished but my credit card will probably get even higher as I cannot afford more than the min each month.My question is " What is the best way to reduce or clear my debts" and i'm talking about an instant solution not just " keep paying as much as you can" or " work harder" . I'm doing lots of overtime and working my socks off just to keep paying what i can.I would like to reduce the monthly total payments by at least half or less and if anyone knows anything about IVA's or long term loans that may help me.Thank you,

When I was 18 I made the stupid mistake of getting a credit card, used it a few months and paid it, than I don't know what I was thinking. Anyways I didn't pay it and it went to collections and on my credit. Now it's $900 and five years later.. It's the only debt I have, I don't have any other loans, or anything else on my credit.My score right now is 571 experian and they're calculator estimates if I had no delinquent accounts I assume that means to pay off al debt that my score COULD raise to 641..Could I really expect to see that big of a jump in my credit, and would I be able to get a new credit card to keep open and start building my score even more..I'm also wanting to get a house within a year or two which is another motivating factor for this so all info is welcome.
Credit card debt help for single mom of special needs child.?
A couple of years ago after my divorce, I got a department store credit card with a $100 limit. The only purchase ever made was around $85 clothes for work . I lost my job when the economy went south and was unable to pay it off my son's medical bills are rather large and the financial assistance he receives is minimal at best . Over the last 2 years, I made a few payments $ 150 total but the interest kept building and now it's $425 to pay it off. Is there any way to negotiate a smaller settlement with the company or am I totally stuck having to pay the entire thing even though I only ever bought $85 worth of merchandise and the card's limit was only $100 to begin with?Edit I know I should have tried to pay it off asap in the beginning and don't plan on ever getting another credit card, so please don't chastise me too harshly on that account. Thank you in advance for your response ETA It's a Chadwick's card issued by World Financial Network National Bank if that helps?It's also still with the original credit card company, not a collection agency.

Im 19yrs old, i got two credit cards when i turned 18, one had a 2500 balance and the other had an 8000 dollar balance. and for the first few months i had 200 to 300 dollars in debt and i payed that off from month to month, i recently had my car take a shit, it would have coasted me 5000 dollars for the new engine, so i just bought a used car for 5000 on my credit card. then i was lost my job for a 2 months and i put on another 2000, between paying for rent, ex..... then other things started to come up where i didn't have the money and needed to pay them. So now i have both cards maxed out. not sure what is best for me to do. I cant afford much over the minimum payments, im not sure if i should go with a debt help consolidation thing, file a chapter 13 or 7 bankruptcy, i really don't have many assets they can take. its just getting hard to pay the cards, and other expenses. If anyone has any information that might help me or any tips. it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks All.i was making 2000 a month now because i lost my job and i found a new on im only making about 700 at a min. up to 1000.Also i have have a credit score of 753. it was with the help of my mother. she had me on her credit cards sense i was 15. witch really busted my score once i got my own cards and started making payments.
